Provided by the Hamilton County Health Department at HOPE Family Care Center located at 270 W Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034.

Walk-ins available for the following services:
Blood Pressure
Cholesterol
HIV Testing
Blood Sugar
Hepatitis C Testing
A1C
Triglycerides Testing
*HIV & HEP C test results may take up to 20 minutes
